Please provide accurate information while booking.
Booking is confirmed after a technician is assigned.
Charges will be based on the type of issue and parts required.
3. Payments
Full payment is required after service completion.
Advance payments (if taken) are non-refundable if the technician has been dispatched.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule by calling us at least 2 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be charged a visit fee.
5. Limitation of Liability

All spare parts used are tested before installation. We do not offer returns on used or installed parts. However, defective parts covered under warranty may be replaced.Service Warranty:

Spare Parts Warranty – 3 Months
Spare Parts Warranty – 3 MonthsAll spare parts installed by us come with a 3-month warranty. If the part fails due to manufacturing defects within this time, we will replace it.
Note: Warranty applies only to parts and services provided by us. We do not take responsibility for any unrelated or future appliance issues not covered in the original repair.We take full responsibility for the spare parts we install — your appliance is in safe hands with Home Customer Care.
